PLANS (for
each PyramoduleTM)
- One set of blueprints, comprised of two drawings, containing the
following illustrations at 1/4"=1'0" scale with the following pictorial details:
- Floor plan with dimensions, built-in furniture layout and electrical
outlets and switches.
- Elevations showing framing members with corresponding Building Manual
specification numbers.
- Roof framing plan.
- Enlarged elevation coordinated with details.
- Stair details.
- Construction details (footing, walls, floors, and roof details).
BUILDING MANUAL (for each PyramoduleTM)
- A 26 page spiral bound 8 1/2 x 11 booklet with step by step procedures,
number coordinated with the Plans, including the following:
- A COMPLETE Material List, including quantities required, sizes for
ordering with cut-to lengths, recommended material (such as wood types and
grades, including for earthquake or hurricane prone areas), all with corresponding Manual/Plans specification numbers.
- Over 45 sketches, thumbnail plans and details.
- Construction Section (scale: 3/4"= 1'0").
- Kitchen Layout with sink plumbing schematics.
- Electrical diagrams.
- Sewer drainage diagram.
- Furniture details.
- Miscellaneous construction details.
PLANS
(for Clustering [or Joining] two or more PyramodulesTM)
- One blueprint drawing - 1/4"=1'0" scale with the following pictorial details:
- Floor plan with dimensions.
- Elevations showing framing members with corresponding Building Manual
specification numbers.
- Roof framing plan.
- Enlarged details showing "bird's mouth" wood-cuts for framing
rafters.
BUILDING MANUAL (for Clustering [or Joining] two or more PyramodulesTM)
- A 6 page stapled booklet with step by step procedures, number
coordinated with the Plans, including the following:
- Bathroom plan with plumbing schematics and sewer drainage.
- Hallway floor and sidewall frame diagrams.
- Material List, including quantities required, sizes for
ordering with cut-to lengths, recommended material (such as wood types and
grades, including for earthquake or hurricane prone areas), all with corresponding Manual/Plans specification numbers.
