1. The size(s) and type(s) (i.e. 14x14 and/or 20x20, etc; Single or Cluster; Log or
Lumber) as well as
any additional items (extra sets of plans and/or manuals, etc), which can be
found on our Online Order Page. And also,
if applicable, a reiteration of what may have been agreed upon in terms
of any special arrangements, including any design modifications, special
drawings, or other modifications that would divert from the standard package(s), etc, as well as the agreed-upon fees for such.
2. Name, address and phone number.
3. Methood of payment (i.e. check, money order.)
Note: Shipping fees
of $3.90 (ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY IF PAYING BY MONEY ORDER AND 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS IF PAYING BY CHECK) will be automatically added to your order.
